A targeted sales, marketing and PR strategy to trigger emotions and activate key audiences in target countries was developed and implemented. Turning to digital solutions, a mini iPad with bespoke apps activated guests to connect and keep them engaged onsite through tailored content. Additionally, quality hospitality services turned the Stockholm Lounge into a true haven where guests could effectively network, build relationships and enjoy equestrian moments thanks to ringside seats and stunning views. All solutions and tactics matched the needs of key audiences with the anticipated budgets, all the while ensuring that each programme was also in line with the games’ sustainability values and promoted the host country, region and sporting discipline.
